Guthrie and Craig (Management Services) Ltd provide a complete Quality Management Service to Clients and specialise in developing quality systems which are tailored to reflect the Client's operations and the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.

Consultancy

Our approach to Quality Consultancy provides for a high level of Client to Consultant contact. This ensures that the Clients existing management system is incorporated, as far as practicable, in the proposed Quality System. The principal features of the project are outlined below:


• Preliminary visit to determine the scope of the Quality System and define the objectives and policies.

• Regular visits by the Consultant to determine current working methods and identify any changes necessary to meet ISO 9001 requirements. Also, identify where existing systems can be improved.

• Consultant prepares documentation in draft format and issues to the Client for review and comment.

• Consultant prepares quality record forms in agreed format.

• Practical advice and assistance given on implementing agreed procedures and setting up of record files.

• Regular reviews during the project to assess progress against agreed time scale.

• Issue bound copies of finalised Procedures, Policy Manual and other documentation

• Assistance and advice given on the selection of the appropriate Assessment Organisation.

• Attendance during the assessment visit, if required.
